Our History

FRS Legal commenced trading in its present form on 1 January 2002 through the amalgamation of Sean Ryan (formerly Floreani Coates & Co), Craig Sloan (formerly Olson & Co) and with the consultancy guidance of Robert Floreani (formerly Harniman Fuller, Floreani Fuller and Floreani Coates & Co).
